Canford Magna Parish Church

Thankyou so much for following the link to our giving page, which will help raise funds for the restoration of the beautiful and ancient Canford Magna Parish Church. This building has been here in the heart of this community since 1050, its the oldest working building in the whole of Poole. Unfortunately its stonework is suffering and is crumbling away at an alarming rate with large foot-long pieces falling onto pews just before Christmas. Currently church architects are making decisions as to what can be done and also as to how the heating system can be brought into the 21st century as the current boiler is on its last legs.
